We exclusively offer beef, pork, chicken, and seafood from sources we know personally with the highest regenerative and ethical standards.
Every customer can choose a personalized and completely customizable recurring shipment. By default, your order will come monthly, but the frequency and products in each box are completely up to you!

How long does delivery take?
Once the order is placed, your items will be delivered the same day as long as the order is placed before 2pm! We deliver every box with an ice pack so every item will stay completely frozen while in transit. We do not offer shipping options at this time. No signature is required for delivery.

When will my credit card be charged?

Yes. We use the same secure, 256-bit encrypted payment gateway trusted by OpenTable, Kickstarter, Lyft, Twitter and more. They store your credit card information and are fully PCI-compliant.
How can I view my order status?
We'll email you to keep you up to date on the status of your order. You can also sign up for text message notifications. Sign into your account to view the status of your order.
How will my meat and seafood be delivered?
All of our products are shipped fully frozen and packed in an insulated bag with an ice pack to ensure it remains frozen from our door to yours. Our cuts are individually vacuum sealed in high quality, airtight cryovac packages to lock in freshness and ensure a long shelf life in your freezer. Ground beef is vacuum-sealed in one pound packs. All of our meat is USDA inspected.
Do I need to be around the day my order arrives?
No, you will not need to be home to sign for your package. It will be packed with an ice to stay frozen for many hours after it arrives. That said, you should plan to unpack it and put it away in your freezer or fridge as soon as possible. We’ll send you an email and text message when your order arrives at your door.
Am I able to track my delivery?
Yes, we send delivery status updates via email and/or text message.
Recurring Boxes
Can I change how often my boxes are delivered?
Yes! Every recurring box defaults to monthly deliveries, but you have total control — you can easily change how often you'll receive deliveries on your account page.
How do I cancel my recurring shipment?
It’s easy! Cancel your recurring membership anytime from your account. We will always send you an email and text message notification before your next box ships so you can make any adjustments needed. If your box has already left our kitchen, you cannot cancel that box.
